Job Description

The ServiceNow ITOM Developer designs, develops and supports IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and integrations. Candidates typically need hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript, REST and web-service skills, and knowledge of CMDB, ITIL and service-management processes. Experience with ServiceNow certifications, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, scripting, workflows and Agile delivery is highly valued. The role expects analytical problem-solving, good communication, the ability to work with international teams and a commitment to quality, security and continuous improvement. Experience delivering solutions for enterprise clients is advantageous.
