Job Description

Capgemini’s VALUE OS Embedded Software Engineer role is suited to candidates with a degree in computer science, electronics, embedded systems or a related discipline, plus experience in C/C++, embedded Linux, microcontrollers, real-time systems and software debugging. Familiarity with automotive or industrial software, communication protocols, Git, testing tools and Agile development is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to design, develop and maintain reliable embedded software, interpret technical requirements, troubleshoot defects, document solutions and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are important, together with a willingness to learn client technologies and work in a structured delivery environment.
