Strong candidates demonstrate structured problem-solving, excellent communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategic ideas into practical actions. Experience managing consulting engagements, developing executive-level presentations and working with senior clients is expected. Commercial awareness, teamwork, adaptability and a willingness to travel are also important. Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and proficiency in English are valuable for a Malaysia-based position.
