The Test Manager is responsible for planning and managing testing activities across SAP and digital technology projects, including test strategy, scheduling, environments, defect management, reporting and release readiness. Candidates are generally expected to have substantial experience in software testing, test management and quality assurance, with knowledge of testing methodologies, Agile or hybrid delivery, and tools such as Jira, ALM or equivalent platforms. Experience with SAP, SAP BTP or enterprise systems is advantageous. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating test teams, working with developers and business users, managing risks and ensuring that solutions meet functional, technical and regulatory expectations.
