Job Description

The Senior Test Automation Engineer is expected to design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. Typical requirements include several years of software testing experience, strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or UFT, and programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with API testing, SQL, defect-management tools, Agile delivery, and CI/CD pipelines is valuable. The candidate should be capable of creating test strategies, identifying risks, mentoring junior testers, investigating failures, and working closely with developers, business analysts, and clients. Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of quality engineering are expected.
