Job Description

The Associate C2C Collections Process Expert supports customer-to-cash and accounts-receivable processes, with a focus on collections, dispute handling, payment follow-up, process improvement and ERP or SAP-related activities. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree in finance, accounting, business or information systems, together with relevant experience in collections, order-to-cash operations or SAP environments. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP or related tools is beneficial. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, good English communication, strong Excel skills and the ability to work with finance teams, clients and technology specialists.
