The Digitalization Intern will support MAS Holdings’ digital transformation initiatives by helping document processes, collect and analyse data, assist with digital tools, and contribute to automation or workflow-improvement projects. Candidates are generally expected to be undergraduates or recent graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Good analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Familiarity with data analysis, process mapping, dashboards, low-code platforms, or programming is advantageous. The successful candidate should be curious, organised, willing to learn, and comfortable working with different business and technical teams while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
