The Junior Associate will support Finance Operations within the Record-to-Report (RTR) function. Responsibilities may include journal preparation, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting support, data validation, and responding to internal finance queries. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree, diploma, or professional qualification in accounting or finance, with sound knowledge of accounting principles and strong Excel skills. Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines are important. Experience with ERP systems, shared-service finance processes, or relevant internships would be advantageous. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, work well with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a structured, target-driven environment.
