Senior Security Officer

Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming hotel environment. Typical requirements include relevant hotel, security, law-enforcement, or military experience; strong observation and communication skills; knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control, CCTV, and local safety regulations; and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm under pressure, respond promptly to incidents, support investigations, enforce hotel policies professionally, and coordinate with police, emergency services, and other departments. Fluency in English and Cantonese is commonly preferred for a Hong Kong hotel role.
