Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, hotel property and information while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical duties include patrolling hotel areas, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting with emergencies and enforcing hotel security procedures. Candidates are generally expected to have relevant security or hospitality experience, good observation and communication skills, physical fitness, integrity and a calm, professional manner. Knowledge of local safety procedures and first aid is advantageous. The role may require shift work, weekends and public holidays. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain the required licence may be necessary.
