Senior technicians are expected to guide junior colleagues, coordinate preventive maintenance, respond promptly to breakdowns and follow workplace safety procedures. Experience in a hotel, commercial building or similar property is preferred. The successful candidate should be dependable, service-minded, physically fit, able to work shifts, and comfortable communicating in Cantonese and basic English. A responsible attitude and willingness to work weekends, public holidays and emergencies are important.
