The Events Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of conferences, weddings, banquets, meetings and other functions at Shangri-La Colombo. Responsibilities typically include responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and event orders, coordinating with catering, kitchen, banquets and audiovisual teams, monitoring schedules, assisting with client communication and ensuring smooth event execution. Candidates should have experience in events, hospitality, sales coordination or a related field, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and confidence working with guests and multiple departments.
