Job Description

The Floor Supervisor oversees housekeeping operations on assigned guest floors, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and service standards. Typical responsibilities include briefing and supervising room attendants, inspecting completed rooms, coordinating maintenance requests, managing linen and supplies, responding to guest needs, and reporting operational issues. Candidates generally need hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel is preferred. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Cantonese, English, and other language skills may be advantageous.
