Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is expected to lead daily food and beverage operations, maintain excellent service standards, supervise and coach team members, manage guest requests and complaints, and coordinate effectively with kitchen and other hotel departments. Candidates should have relevant hotel or restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, along with strong knowledge of service procedures, food safety, guest relations and staff scheduling. Good communication skills, leadership ability, attention to detail and commercial awareness are essential. The role requires a professional appearance, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and a genuine commitment to Shangri-La’s hospitality standards.
