Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and confidential information at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, property or security experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local safety regulations. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit may be required. The successful candidate should be observant, calm under pressure, physically fit, professional and able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Strong customer service skills, sound judgment and the ability to coordinate with police, emergency services and hotel departments are also expected.
