Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for installing, inspecting, servicing and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. Candidates should have a technical qualification or relevant vocational training in air-conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical engineering, along with practical maintenance experience. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical systems, preventive maintenance and workplace safety is expected. The role requires troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and the ability to respond promptly to guest-room and operational issues. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, customer-focused and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or large commercial property would be advantageous.
