Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and information at Shangri-La Singapore. Typical requirements include relevant security or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, good physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during emergencies. Familiarity with Singapore security procedures, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, access control and basic emergency response is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to conduct patrols, investigate incidents, support crowd and event control, assist guests professionally and enforce hotel safety policies. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required. A valid Singapore security licence or relevant certification may be necessary, depending on assigned duties.
