Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the smooth operation of a hotel restaurant, bar, or dining outlet. Requirements typically include hospitality experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, customer-service skills, and good spoken English; supervisory experience is preferred. The candidate is expected to lead and motivate staff, coordinate daily service, handle guest requests and complaints, maintain service and hygiene standards, support scheduling and training, monitor stock and sales, and work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments. Flexibility, professional presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important.
