Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the pool and beach bar, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth food and beverage delivery, and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, food and beverage, or a related field, together with several years of supervisory or managerial experience in an upscale hotel, resort, restaurant, or bar. Strong knowledge of beverage service, stock control, budgeting, scheduling, sanitation, and guest relations is expected.
