Job Description

The Family Experience Supervisor supports the planning and delivery of engaging, safe activities and services for children and families at Shangri-La. Requirements typically include hospitality or childcare experience, strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to work with children from different cultural backgrounds. First-aid, child-safety or recreation qualifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to supervise activities, maintain high safety and cleanliness standards, coordinate with hotel departments, respond professionally to parents’ needs, and create warm, memorable family experiences.
