Senior Security Officer

Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is expected to protect guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, discreet and welcoming environment. Responsibilities typically include supervising security operations, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures and coordinating with police or other authorities when required. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, strong observation and communication skills, sound judgment, physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in a luxury hotel is advantageous. A valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit, good command of English and Cantonese, basic computer skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight duties, weekends and public holidays are generally expected.
