Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the daily administration and coordination of the housekeeping department at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Typical requirements include experience in hotel housekeeping or a related administrative role, good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to manage guest requests, staff information, work schedules, supplies, and departmental records. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel, maintain confidentiality, respond professionally to guests and colleagues, coordinate closely with other departments, and demonstrate flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Cantonese, English, and possibly Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
