Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Duties typically include supervising security officers, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, managing access control, preparing reports and supporting emergency procedures. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, good knowledge of safety and emergency practices, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Supervisory experience, first-aid training and local security qualifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be attentive, professional, physically fit, discreet and available to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
