The successful candidate should be able to read basic plans, diagnose defects, complete work to a high standard and respond efficiently to maintenance requests. Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work shifts, weekends or during urgent situations are expected. Experience in a luxury hotel and knowledge of preventive maintenance would be advantageous.
