Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing guest-room attendants and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service on assigned floors. Requirements typically include previous hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, strong attention to detail and good communication skills. The candidate is expected to allocate daily duties, inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, respond promptly to guest requests, monitor supplies and support staff training. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential. Knowledge of hotel operating procedures and familiarity with Hong Kong hospitality standards are advantageous. Fluency in English is generally required; Cantonese or Mandarin would be beneficial.
