Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel laundry, housekeeping, valet or customer-service operations; good English and Cantonese, with Mandarin useful; basic computer skills; strong attention to detail; and the ability to manage records, payments and service requests accurately. The successful candidate is expected to be well organised, polite and responsive, maintain high standards of garment care and confidentiality, communicate effectively with guests and operating departments, and remain calm during busy periods. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are normally required.
