Job Description

The Demi Chef – Bakery (Overnight) supports the bakery team by preparing breads, pastries, cakes and other baked products during the night shift. Candidates should have professional culinary or bakery training, relevant hotel or pastry kitchen experience, good knowledge of baking methods, hygiene standards and food safety procedures. The role requires practical skills, attention to detail, consistency, physical stamina and the ability to work independently overnight.
