Job Description

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, kitchen standards, menu development, food quality, cost control and team performance. Candidates are expected to have substantial experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader, preferably in a luxury hotel or international resort. Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, budgeting, purchasing and inventory management is essential. The role requires creativity, commercial awareness, excellent leadership and the ability to train a multicultural team. Candidates should be comfortable working under pressure, maintaining consistent five-star standards and developing menus that reflect both international and local Indonesian influences.
