Job Description

The Assistant/Manager Revenue role is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through forecasting, pricing, inventory control, market analysis and performance reporting. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, revenue management or a related field, along with experience in hotel reservations, revenue management or commercial operations. Strong analytical ability, knowledge of distribution channels and hotel systems, and confidence using spreadsheets and revenue tools are expected. The successful candidate should understand local and international markets, monitor competitor pricing, support budgeting and collaborate closely with sales, reservations, front office and finance teams. Good communication, commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
