Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor supports the hotel’s security operations, supervises security officers, patrols guest and staff areas, monitors CCTV and access points, responds to incidents, and prepares accurate reports. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial, or security experience, good knowledge of emergency procedures, and strong communication skills. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain one is normally required. The role requires sound judgment, physical fitness, professional appearance, discretion, and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight duties, weekends, and public holidays. Hospitality experience, first-aid training, and knowledge of local security regulations are advantageous.
