Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, hotel assets and property operations. Typical requirements include secondary education, relevant hotel or security experience, good communication skills, a professional appearance, physical fitness and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain one is generally expected. The successful candidate should remain calm during emergencies, monitor access and surveillance systems, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, prepare reports and provide courteous assistance to guests. Familiarity with emergency procedures, basic first aid and Cantonese, English or Mandarin would be advantageous.
