F&B Sales Manager

Job Description

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and catering services, developing business leads, managing corporate and social accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or marketing, along with several years of hotel food and beverage sales experience. Strong knowledge of the Malaysian hospitality market, communication skills, negotiation ability and a proven sales record are expected. The candidate should be confident meeting clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with operational teams and maintaining excellent guest relationships. Flexibility, professional presentation, commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure, including evenings and weekends, are important.
