This role supports UOB’s Group Commercial Banking team in engaging emerging enterprises and helping them access suitable banking solutions. Responsibilities are likely to include developing relationships with business owners, understanding financial and operational needs, identifying lending, cash-management and trade-finance opportunities, coordinating internal specialists, and supporting portfolio growth. Candidates should have experience in commercial or corporate banking, relationship management, business development or financial services. Strong credit understanding, financial analysis, communication and presentation skills are expected. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, customer-focused and comfortable working with internal stakeholders. Knowledge of Singapore’s small and medium-sized enterprise market, relevant banking products and regulatory requirements would be advantageous.
