The Assistant Vice President, Wellness & Community Partnership is expected to develop and manage employee wellness initiatives, community programmes and strategic partnerships that support staff engagement, wellbeing and UOB’s social-impact objectives. Requirements typically include a degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, wellness management or a related field, together with relevant experience in employee engagement, corporate wellness, partnerships, programme management or community relations. Strong project management, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are important, along with creativity, commercial awareness and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a large banking organisation.
