Job Description

The role supports UOB Group Retail by overseeing business risk, financial advisory standards and conduct requirements. Responsibilities are likely to include interpreting regulations, advising business units, monitoring controls, identifying conduct risks, reviewing customer outcomes, supporting risk assessments and escalating issues to senior management. Candidates should have a degree in finance, business, law or a related discipline, with substantial experience in banking compliance, operational risk, financial advisory or conduct risk. Strong knowledge of Singapore financial-services regulations, excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence senior business leaders are expected. The successful candidate should be analytical, commercially aware, ethical, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple teams in a regional banking environment.
