This VP role manages leasing-in and transaction activities within UOB’s Corporate Real Estate Services function in Singapore. Responsibilities are likely to include overseeing property searches, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, transaction documentation, landlord and vendor relationships, occupancy planning, and reporting.
