The Mortgage Specialist will promote and sell UOB home-loan and mortgage products to new and existing customers in the Puchong area. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree, experience in mortgage, banking, property sales or financial services, strong communication skills, and knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes. The candidate is expected to generate leads, build relationships with property agents and customers, assess financing needs, prepare applications, follow up on approvals and disbursements, and meet individual sales targets.
