Job Description

This role supports DHL’s industrial project customers by coordinating shipments, responding to service requests, preparing documentation, tracking deliveries and communicating with customers, transport partners and internal operations teams. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field, together with customer-service or freight-forwarding experience. Good knowledge of shipment processes, documentation and Microsoft Office is useful. The successful candidate should be organized, responsive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several tasks under deadlines. Strong written and spoken English, teamwork, problem-solving ability and a customer-focused attitude are expected. Knowledge of Malaysia’s logistics sector and additional languages may be advantageous.
