Job Description

This internship supports DHL’s recruitment activities in Malaysia, including posting vacancies, screening applications, arranging interviews, maintaining candidate records and assisting with onboarding or HR administration. Candidates should typically be pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Strong communication, organization and time-management skills are expected, along with attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality when handling personal information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and an interest in recruitment or talent acquisition would be advantageous. The successful intern should be proactive, willing to learn, comfortable working with people and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.
