Job Description

The Operations Admin supports daily operational activities through accurate data entry, document preparation, reporting, record maintenance and coordination with internal teams, customers and service partners. The role typically requires administrative experience, good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong written and spoken communication, organization and problem-solving skills are expected. Experience in courier, transportation, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.
