Job Description

The Key Account Advisor supports and develops DHL’s important customer accounts in Malaysia. The role typically involves building strong client relationships, understanding shipping and logistics requirements, coordinating solutions with internal teams, monitoring service performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in customer service, sales, account management, or logistics, along with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
