Site Administrator

Job Description

The Site Administrator supports day-to-day administration on a UGL project site. Typical requirements include strong organisational and communication skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and site-based systems, accurate record keeping, document control, data entry, and the ability to coordinate information between supervisors, employees, subcontractors and the project office. Experience in construction, infrastructure, resources or engineering environments is desirable. The successful candidate is expected to work reliably in a busy site environment, maintain confidentiality, follow company procedures, assist with mobilisation and timesheet processes, and provide professional support to the wider project team. A safety-focused attitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are important.
