The candidate is expected to review inspection and test records, track punch-list items, coordinate contractors and commissioning teams, maintain completion databases, and support safe handover to the client. Strong communication, organisation, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are important. Experience with completions management systems and large infrastructure, energy, mining, or transport projects is highly desirable.
