The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities, tradespeople and contractors to keep assets, equipment or facilities safe, reliable and operational. Requirements typically include relevant trade qualifications, demonstrated maintenance supervision experience, strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, and the ability to interpret work orders, maintenance schedules and technical documentation. Experience in industrial, rail, utilities, resources or facilities environments is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, allocate work effectively, monitor quality and productivity, manage risks, maintain accurate records and communicate well with clients, team members and management. Flexibility for site-based work, shifts, travel or roster arrangements may also be required.
