Job Description

The Senior Contracts Administrator manages the commercial and contractual administration of major infrastructure, engineering or construction projects. Requirements typically include substantial experience in contracts administration, strong knowledge of construction and commercial agreements, sound understanding of variations, claims, extensions of time, procurement and risk management, and proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office. A relevant degree, diploma or equivalent industry experience is advantageous. UGL expects a commercially focused professional who can work independently, communicate clearly with project teams, subcontractors and clients, maintain accurate records, identify contractual risks early and support successful project delivery while meeting safety, quality and compliance standards.
