Property Lease Administrator

The Property Lease Administrator supports the administration of UGL’s property and lease portfolio across Australia. Typical requirements include experience in lease or property administration, strong attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and confidence working with lease documents, renewals, rent reviews, invoices, and compliance obligations. Familiarity with property or lease management systems, Microsoft Office, and Australian commercial leasing practices is beneficial.
