Job Description

The Team Leader supervises Home Care Support Workers and coordinates the delivery of safe, reliable in-home care services. Requirements generally include relevant experience in community or aged care, leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication and organisational skills, a valid Australian driver’s licence, a current police check, Working with Children Check where required, and relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support. Candidates are expected to support and mentor staff, prepare rosters, monitor service quality, maintain accurate records, communicate with clients and families, manage issues promptly, and follow workplace health, safety, privacy and care standards.
