Job Description

The Product Manager – Accessibility is responsible for improving accessible experiences across Qantas digital products, services and customer journeys. Requirements typically include product management experience, strong understanding of accessibility principles and standards such as WCAG, customer research, roadmap planning, stakeholder management and the ability to translate customer needs into practical product improvements. Experience working with people with disability, inclusive design, agile delivery and digital platforms is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to advocate for accessibility, define measurable outcomes, prioritise initiatives, collaborate with technology and business teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
