Job Description

The QantasLink Direct Entry First Officer supports safe, efficient regional passenger flights as part of the flight deck crew. Candidates generally need the legal right to work in Australia, a current Australian commercial pilot licence, instrument and multi-engine ratings, relevant ATPL theory credits, an aviation medical certificate, and the flight hours and experience specified by QantasLink. Strong English communication, sound decision-making, teamwork, professionalism and a safety-first attitude are essential. The role involves simulator and aircraft training, operating to company procedures, completing flight and safety documentation, and maintaining high customer and operational standards.
