Major employment centres include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, while regional areas may offer opportunities in tourism, agriculture, mining and healthcare. Australian workplace culture is generally practical, direct, collaborative and respectful of work-life balance. Lifestyle varies from busy city living to relaxed coastal or regional communities, with beaches, national parks and outdoor activities widely accessible.
